Red Bee Media is looking for a highly creative and strategically-minded Brand & Design Manager to lead the evolution and execution of our brand across the media, entertainment, and broadcast space.This role will champion the visual identity and brand integrity across all service lines -- from content and distribution to broadcast operations and managed services. As a key collaborator across marketing, product, sales, and executive teams, you'll ensure brand consistency, design excellence, and clear storytelling that aligns with our B2B value proposition.You'll balance hands-on design skills with strategic oversight, working across a mix of digital, print, event, and video formats to elevate the company's visual presence in a competitive and fast-moving industry.
What you will do:
Own and evolve the corporate brand identity, ensuring alignment with business strategy, values, and voice.
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all internal and external touchpoints.
Ensure consistency of messaging and visual style across all service lines and markets.
Lead the design and development of marketing materials including brochures, pitch decks, whitepapers, case studies, digital ads, infographics, and event assets
Oversee (and contribute to) the creation of brand assets for web, social, and multimedia use.
Work closely with service line leaders, marketing managers and sales to understand business needs and translate them into compelling visual communications.
Design or direct branding for trade shows, customer events, and internal experiences.
Maintain a central repository of brand and design assets, templates, and tools for use across the business
The skills you bring:
3-5 years of experience in B2B brand and design, preferably within media, entertainment, broadcast, or technology sectors.
Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to translate complex service offerings into compelling visual narratives.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, PowerPoint, or relevant design tools.
Experience managing brand strategy and design delivery in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness -- understanding how brand and design influence perception, engagement, and business outcomes.
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
