We are looking to recruit an Interim Group Brand & Marketing Manager to join our busy Head Office in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside at Castle Combe.

The role will be for a fixed term of 12 months covering a period of maternity leave for the incumbent.

Job Purpose



To lead and support group-wide brand, marketing & sales initiatives, ensuring a consistent and high-quality representation of the company both internally and externally. This role plays a key part in developing and delivering impactful marketing strategies and materials, reinforcing our position as a high-end, authentic brand. You will champion internal communications, employer branding, external campaigns, and creative output while maintaining alignment with our company values and objectives. As a key brand guardian, you will oversee the visual and verbal identity across all platforms and materials.

Key Responsibilities



Brand & Marketing Strategy

Develop, implement and monitor the group marketing strategy and plans Create and maintain strong, consistent brand identities for individual schemes to support the sales and revenue making for all divisions Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns
Content Creation & Communications

Write engaging and on-brand internal communications, videos, announcements, and newsletters. Draft and produce marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, web content, and promotional items. Support employer brand communications, enhancing staff engagement and company culture across offices and sites.
Digital & Social Media

Update and manage company websites and social media channels. Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms using scheduling tools. Analyse and report on the performance of digital campaigns, SEO, website traffic, and email marketing metrics.
Creative & Design

Prepare marketing materials for print and digital platforms. Create original design concepts and evolve them into complete brand identities for new schemes. Oversee the production of finished project photo books and branded documentation.
Event Management & Sponsorships

Organise and support company events, including launches and internal functions. Produce event collateral and coordinate logistics. Manage annual sponsorships, advert bookings, and directory listings. Flexibility to attend occasional weekend/evening events (time off in lieu will be given)
Photography & Visual Assets

Coordinate and manage professional photography of live and completed projects. Ensure all visual assets meet brand standards and are stored/accessed appropriately.
Collaboration & Support

Work closely with the sales team to create marketing collateral that supports sales objectives. Assist with PQQs and tender submissions, including writing, designing, and collating content. Maintain a database of CVs, case studies, and bid-related materials. Liaise with agencies, consultants and internal departments to ensure consistent and effective marketing output.

Required Skills & Competencies



Essential

Excellent written communication and proofreading skills Qualified or qualified by experience Highly-organised and able to handle and prioritise multiple tasks across multiple divisions and businesses Creativity and strong visual communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships. Commercial awareness and understanding of marketing's role in wider business success. Proactive mindset, independent working ability, and a collaborative approach. IT proficient Experience with managing Wordpress websites Graphic design experience - Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva
Desirable

CIM or equivalent professional marketing qualification Degree in a relevant discipline (Marketing, Business, Communications, English, etc.) Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Contact Builder) Experience with email/communication marketing platforms (Campaign Monitor, BeeFree, ClickSend) Familiarity with SEO principles and tools Experience of construction / housebuilding industry
Tools & Platforms Used

Performance Measures

Working hours 08:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
