We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to be an ambassador for our stunning property and its deluxe facilities. Our ideal candidates have worked previously in the hotel industry. You will have the confidence and connections to build on existing and new business opportunities on a full-time basis. You will have an active presence within the hospitality and corporate circuit within the UK and are aware of current trends and sales opportunities.

The Role:
You will be a vibrant, guest focused team player who will deliver exceptional warmth, charm and hospitality whilst being a strong negotiator who is motivated by achieving targets in a competitive field.
Responsible for revenue growth and sales maximisation and identifying new sales opportunities.
Establish and develop collaborative and strong network connections to maintain Doubletree by Hilton, Liverpool as a trusted and prestigious brand.
To attend business development events and industry conferences taking full advantage of any networking opportunity and travelling within the UK when required.
To work with the on-site teams in order to present and understand core business needs to build proposals and close deals.
To promote the business and plan engaging posts across social media platforms.
To feedback social media data and plan audience growth.
To be responsible for creating marketing campaigns and finalising all publications.
To maintain brand standards in all forms of communicative advertising.
Taking responsibility to communicate with onsite teams such as Kitchen, Sales, Revenue/ Finance, Events and F&B to ensure delivery of the guest's ideals and delivery of our promises from start to finish.
High administrative and communication skills.
To tailor our product according to guest profiles or requests and to maximise product sales potential at all times.
Maintaining brand standards within your area of work and delivering consistency.
Manage your appointments and communicate diary engagements and opportunities along with areas for improvement and growth.
