Brand & Marketing professional
to lead our brand's presence and connect deeply with our target audience.
Role Overview:
As the Brand Manager & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy, crafting our visual identity and voice, managing launch campaigns, and driving customer engagement. This is a hands-on role with a strong strategic component--perfect for someone who loves building brands from the ground up and delivering integrated marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Management
Develop and refine the brand positioning, voice, and visual identity rooted in Japanese wellness traditions.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints (website, socials, print, spa interiors, etc.).
Manage partnerships with designers, photographers, and agencies as needed.
Attend events and exhibitions this may require you to travel abroad from time to time. This may be over a weekend .
Head up a team so good leadership skills would be ideal.
This role requires you to research different aspects then put together presentations for managing directors.
Marketing Execution
Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, local activation, and influencer collaborations.
Write, schedule, and manage engaging content (social media, newsletters, blogs).
Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to improve campaign performance.
Launch Planning
Lead the go-to-market strategy for the grand opening, including pre-launch awareness, teaser campaigns, opening events, and local PR outreach.
Work cross-functionally with spa operations, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Coordinate the creation of launch assets: signage, packaging, menus, digital creatives, etc.
Customer Engagement & Loyalty
Build and implement a customer loyalty or membership program.
Manage email marketing flows (welcome series, post-visit feedback, promotions).
Use insights from customer feedback to refine offerings and experiences.
Qualifications:
3+ years in brand management and/or marketing execution (wellness, spa, beauty, or hospitality industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing (Meta/IG, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO basics).
Experience planning and managing launches or new business openings.
Excellent storytelling, content creation, and copywriting skills.
Visual eye for aesthetics and understanding of Japanese design sensibilities is a big plus.
Self-starter with project management skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
Nice-to-Have:
Previous experience working with luxury, boutique, or wellness brands.
Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
