We're passionate about creating high-quality, innovative products that make beauty enjoyable, accessible, and effective. As we expand, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Assistant to join our team and help bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.
About the role
As Brand Assistant, you will play a vital role in the management and growth of our three new brands. Your work will span everything from analysing EPOS and Nielsen data to understand range performance, through to conducting competitor reviews and creating insight-led SWOT and gap analyses that feed into new product development ideas. You will be responsible for producing compelling presentations and brand plans for the sales team, ensuring they are informed and equipped to drive growth across all accounts.
This role involves working closely with the sales team to review trade marketing requirements and then activating these plans both in-store and online. You will brief and oversee the creation of assets, whether presentations, packaging, websites, point-of-sale material, photography or social content, ensuring everything aligns with brand guidelines. From briefing design agencies and attending photoshoots, to running sampling campaigns with our review partner, you will help deliver high-quality assets and activity that bring our brands to life in the eyes of consumers and retailers.
Alongside this, you will take ownership of monitoring the impact of trade marketing initiatives, using EPOS and other data sources to measure performance. You will be actively involved in managing the full product lifecycle, attending NPD meetings and collaborating closely with colleagues in the lab, purchasing and product development teams to ensure launches and range updates follow the staging gate process and land on time. As part of this, you will keep product information up to date, manage platforms such as Brandbank, and provide support to the sales team on retailer-specific requests such as promotions, new line forms and sell-in presentations.
About you
We are looking for someone who combines analytical ability with creative flair. You should be confident handling data and turning it into clear insights, while also having the creativity to think about brand positioning, trade marketing activation and new product opportunities.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as you will be juggling multiple projects across three brands, often working to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be collaborating with sales teams, agencies, designers and suppliers daily.
A relevant degree, an understanding of the FMCG environment, consumer needs, and retailer expectations will give you a strong foundation to succeed, while a genuine passion for brand building will set you apart.
