As a Junior Customer Service Brand Assistant, you will support the brand and customer service teams by managing client interactions, assisting with campaigns, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day customer interactions via phone, email, and social media.
Support marketing and brand campaigns by liaising with customers and collecting feedback.
