We're looking for a

Brand & Communications Lead

who can blend creativity with commercial focus. Someone who can turn brand strategy into measurable impact, communications into growth drivers, and campaigns into clear, quantifiable wins.


You'll define how our Pet Ecosystem shows up across every channel and conversation -- building a brand people trust, talk about, and choose.


This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of minimum two days per week in our

London Paddington

office.

What you'll get up to as our Brand & Communications Lead



Lead brand and communications strategy -- define positioning, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks that differentiate and perform. Develop and execute multi-channel brand campaigns that combine storytelling with measurable results (reach, engagement, conversion). Own PR and communications efforts -- from thought leadership and press outreach to internal comms and crisis response. Oversee content strategy and ensure narrative consistency across social, web, CRM, events, and media. Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Partnerships to ensure every brand and comms activity drives measurable business outcomes. Manage and mentor a small team (Junior Marketing Manager + Graphic Designer), maintaining high standards, speed, and alignment to brand values. Track and report on performance metrics -- brand awareness, sentiment, engagement, and communication impact. Champion a test-and-learn mindset -- A/B test creative, measure recall, and track conversion from awareness to action. Keep the brand culturally relevant, spotting opportunities for high-impact storytelling, partnerships, and earned attention.

What we look for in you as our Brand & Communications Lead



Proven experience in brand, communications, or integrated marketing within consumer tech, data-driven, or high-growth environments. A track record of turning communications and brand activity into measurable growth outcomes (engagement, leads, acquisition). Strong understanding of PR strategy, content marketing, and digital storytelling. Confident using data and analytics tools to measure brand health and communication effectiveness. Hands-on experience leading creative campaigns across multiple channels (owned, earned, paid).
