As Pinnacle Pet Group continues to grow, we are seeking an Actuarial Manager to join our Group Actuarial team. This role is hybrid with a base location in London Paddington.

What you`ll get up to as our Senior Actuarial Manager

The Group Senior Actuarial Manager supports the Group Chief Actuary in overseeing actuarial functions across the Group. This includes harmonising reserving approaches, managing capital and reinsurance strategies, and providing independent challenge to pricing. The role sets frameworks for local entities and executes Group-specific responsibilities.

What we look for in you

Extensive experience, preferably in the areas of reserving, capital or reinsurance. Experience in leading transformation projects would be beneficial. Previous experience working with the regulator would be beneficial. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities. Ability to work with high levels of autonomy. Understanding of actuarial processes across various areas (reserving, capital, reinsurance, pricing). Fellow/Associate of Institute of Actuaries is preferred.
