In addition to this devotion to simplicity, it was imperative the customer was put at the heart of everything and provided with a second-to-none shopping experience - and so The White Company was born.Today, the company that began as a 12-page mail-order brochure has become one of the UKxe2x80x99s fast-growing multi-channel retailers and a leading lifestyle brand with over 75 stores across the UK and a highly successful online business.Our RoleReporting to the Brand Experience Manager, this role is primarily accountable for supporting with the planning and co-ordination of all retail, digital and PR brand experience activity.With a current (and growing) retail estate of 75 stores in the UK, the Brand Marketing & Events Assistant will play a key role in coordinating events to drive footfall and customer engagement, support new store openings, activations and seasonal launches. The role will also support in the planning and creation of PR and social events and activations.This role supports the innovation and co-ordination of all store experiences in order to inspire, engage and reward our loyal community and drive the continuous evolution of local retail marketing best practice.This role is an entry-level role into Brand Marketing and a Fixed Term contract of 12 monthsWhat youxe2x80x99ll be doing

  • Co-ordinate activity generated to support:
  • Events & activations
  • New store openings
  • Seasonal launches
  • Product specific launches
  • Build and cascade the delivery of marketing event-local tool kits, seasonal assets and event briefings
  • Assist in the execution and delivery of the seasonal retail events programme
  • Build excellent relationships with the retail teams, liaise with retail operations and store colleagues to support the implementation of local marketing and retail events store-specific marketing activity
  • Build and submit creative briefs for all event-related assets, liasing with relevant teams to ensure brand and subject alignment
  • Assist with the setup & monitoring of ticketing via Eventbrite
  • Support with developing powerful and relevant omni-channel moments, working closely with our videographer to brief and capture content at events
  • Work closely with other teams within the Marketing function including social, email, CRM and digital to support promotion of events and event-related content
  • Continually seek out and monitor new trands and opportunities in event & activation landscape

  • You have the ability to collaborate across teams and departments both internally and externally
  • You can work under pressure, with the ability to be reactive and flexible and innovative
  • You have experience working with broader marketing, event and PR teams
  • You have an intuitive understanding and passion for our brand
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have strong time management skills with experience managing a critical path
