We're launching a brand new weekly Friday night in Bristol called 'Sweet Escape' and are looking for a
Brand Manager
to take real ownership of it.
This role is hands-on and creative. You'll be responsible for helping shape the identity of the night, growing its audience, and making sure each Friday runs smoothly. You'll work Friday nights at the event itself, plus two days a week from our city-centre office.
What You'll Be Doing
Running the weekly Friday night club event
Managing and growing the brand around the night
Creating and posting content across social media
Appearing on camera for promo content when needed
Organising physical promotion (flyers, posters, street promo, etc.)
Handling group bookings and incoming enquiries
Supporting event planning and on-the-night operations
What We're Looking For
Someone who's genuinely into music, events, and nightlife
Sociable, confident, and good with people
Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand
Organised and able to manage their own workload
Keen to learn and grow within the company
Reliable and available to work Friday nights
Skills
You'll need:
Basic knowledge of CapCut
A working understanding of Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of social media trends and content making
Nice to have:
Experience promoting events or running club nights
Experience managing social media pages
An understanding of Bristol's nightlife or music scene
