Lead the UK's #1 Antispasmodic Brand

Buscopan is a trusted name in digestive health, helping millions manage belly pain with confidence. As the leading antispasmodic brand globally--and a top performer in the UK--Buscopan is poised for continued growth and innovation. We're looking for a strategic, collaborative, and purpose-driven Brand Manager to take Buscopan to the next level in its biggest Western European market.
Your Impact
As Brand Manager, you'll be the driving force behind Buscopan's success in the UK. You'll shape strategy, lead campaigns, and collaborate across teams to deliver meaningful health solutions to consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Brand Strategy - Develop and execute UK brand plans aligned with global vision and local market needs.
Drive Commercial Performance - Own brand health, market share, and full P&L responsibility including forecasting and inventory. Deliver Campaigns - Adapt and activate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and healthcare professional channels. Manage Product Portfolio - Oversee current products and plan for future innovations and launches. Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner with sales, media, medical, supply chain, and global teams to drive results. Leverage Insights - Use consumer and market research to inform decisions and uncover growth opportunities. Lead External Partners - Manage creative and media agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns and brand experiences.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about making a difference in consumer health.Proven experience in brand management (ideally in OTC, FMCG, or healthcare) Strong leadership and project management skills Commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities A proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Understanding of the UK healthcare market (a plus, not a must)
