We are looking for a
Brand Manager
with experience willing to work in a fast-moving environment.
Main tasks:
Develop Qualiko Brand Marketing strategy for the UK market in collaboration with central marketing team and local multifunctional team aligned with brand objectives and sales targets.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.
Work closely with CBD team to identify the best portfolio to target the UK market based on the analysis of market data.
Analyze customer journeys, conduct targeted lead generation campaigns to ensure efficient support to CBD by generating customer leads and ensuring customer conversion.
Analyze portfolio performance, suggest portfolio optimization, suggest new product initiatives to better utilize market opportunities.
Develop and manage local digital marketing instruments including SMM, website, e-commerce, SEO, etc.
Develop local communication plans targeting end consumers and shoppers of selected retail chains.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns against predefined KPIs.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the effectiveness of marketing activities and recommendations for optimization.
Work closely with trade marketing, CBD, global marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of UK marketing activities with overall business goals and strategies.
Support CBD managers in the development of presentation materials for current and new clients.
Participate in exhibitions and events organization according to the business growth agenda. Generate ideas on events participation and sponsorship.
Initiate and lead collaborations with influencers and organizations to build the brand in the culinary area.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
Proven experience (5+ years) in brand marketing, ideally within FMCG or food sectors
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience in digital marketing, portfolio management, and campaign execution
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of the UK market and consumer behavior is highly desirable
Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-driven campaigns
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
