We are excited to recruit for a brand manager to join the Oncology team in order to support delivery of our Limitless ambitions. The successful candidate will join an energetic, ambitious and agile team and work within a supportive environment which also offers opportunity for personal skills and career development.


The Brand Manager role will be based in our offices in Maidenhead and will own end-to-end marketing deliverables/projects to support the delivery of our ambition through focused execution of our business priorities.

Strategic planning & execution



Campaign design and execution aligned to strategic priorities Ensure clear measurement frameworks are in place to assess campaign execution and optimise accordingly Key contributions to strategic and tactical plan development

Excellence in Execution



Ensure high quality content is co-created with key stakeholders to ensure high impact Prioritise being 'brilliant at the basics' - embracing our systems and processes to ensure efficient ways of working and maximum impact Identify opportunities to enhance our ways of working as a Oncology team and take accountability for making aligned changes

Stakeholder management



As part of a highly cross functional organisation, ensure relationships are fostered both internally and externally to deliver alignment and support for key initiatives. This includes local, regional, global and external stakeholders (healthcare professionals, pharma service providers etc).

OmniChannel Transformation



Accelerate AbbVie's journey towards omnichannel excellence to deliver the highest quality customer engagement within the industry This includes support evolving ways of working across the UK affiliate Support on the planning and execution of customer journeys, ensuring optimal impact and agility in optimising performance of campaigns

Maximising impact whilst ensuring the highest standards



Support the ongoing culture of compliance to the ABPI code and internal ways of working, whilst leveraging knowledge and experience of working with such frameworks to maximise the customer experience and impact of campaigns.

Experience



Relevant experience relating to the above key responsibilities Experience of the UK healthcare environment, preferably in customer facing roles Relevant experience working with omnichannel marketing campaign design and execution Significant experience working with the ABPI code A working knowledge of the Oncology competitive landscape is a preference Experience of launching new indications within complex market environments would be beneficial In-field/sales experience would also be beneficial
