We're looking for an experienced and driven Brand Manager to join our team on a temporary basis, covering maternity leave for 10 months with the possibility of extension. You'll take ownership of day-to-day brand activities which represents one quarter of our business with an impressive growth, delivering marketing campaigns, managing agency relationships, and ensuring our brand presence is consistent, engaging, and commercially impactful. To develop our 2 brands is a pillar of our strategy.
This role is perfect for someone with around 5 years' experience in brand or marketing management within the food & beverage industry, who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can confidently step in to maintain momentum across key projects.
We are looking for someone who is available to start no later than 1 November 2025. Thees is the possibility of an October start for someone available.
Package
Circa 50,000 per annum based on experience.
A bonus of up to 10% of Base Salary annually is available upon end of contract for meeting KPIs (to be paid pro rate for duration of contract).
Pension: Legal & General (4% + 4%) following successful probation.
Medical insurance: Vitality Health following successful probation.
Annual holidays: 26 days, plus bank holidays (pro rate for duration of contract).
5 days 'work from anywhere' entitlement.
Probation & Notice period: 2 months.
Working Location & Pattern
NFUK is based in Farringdon, London. We're a short walk from Farringdon, Barbican and Old Street Underground Stations. We currently operate a hybrid working model which requires 3 days' attendance at the office and allows 2 days of remote working each week.

The brand manager will be responsible for building the brand and image of Norac Foods UK brands and products. They will contribute to the development and implementation of the integrated marketing activities to promote our products and brands in line with the marketing strategy. This can include product placement and advertisement; packaging design; in-store displays, promotional activity and attendance at seasonal promotion events.
Role and Responsibilities:
Recommend strategies to position the brand for growth
Serve as Brand Ambassadors to ensure brand loyalty
Build trust between Norac Foods UK and its customers
Analyse competitors' brands and products, consumer trends and shopping behaviours
Prepare products launch rationales
Design, verify and validate content such as press releases, artwork, print and digital media
Monitor the performance of our brands through key performance indicators
Achieve profit targets, timelines and respect budgets
Organise product launches and promotional events
Manage brand or marketing executives working for our brands
Lead the design of branded retail packaging and the creation of in-store marketing displays
Work with advertising agencies to manage the brand's marketing campaigns
Maintain and grow the brand's affiliations and partnerships
Review pack design and products launch performance for improvement
Profile & Competence:
Ideally with at least five years' experience working in Branding or Wider Marketing roles
Preferably experience with branded FMCG and dealing with UK grocery retailers
