Role Purpose
The Brand Manager is responsible for bringing Psycle's brand strategy to life through high-impact campaigns and content. They are the guardian of brand consistency across all non-social channels, ensuring that every customer touchpoint reflects who we are and why we're different. This role combines creative direction, campaign management and content execution, working cross-functionally with the wider marketing team, operations and instructors to deliver work that excites our community, strengthens our positioning and drives
growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end delivery of brand campaigns, from idea generation and planning through to execution and measurement.
Lead the creative direction of brand photo and video shoots, collaborating with
designers, photographers, videographers and the Social Media Manager to produce
content that elevates the brand.
Write and deliver compelling CRM/email campaigns, with a strong focus on copy and
imagery that bring the Psycle tone of voice to life.
Manage the production of campaign assets across all non-social channels, including
website landing pages, posters, studio signage and printed collateral.
Oversee campaign rollouts across CRM, website and in-studio environments,
ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Partner closely with the Head of Marketing and CMO on strategic brand initiatives,
including studio openings, challenges and product launches.
Collaborate with the Operations and Front of House teams to ensure in-studio
execution is consistent, impactful and on-brand.
Support the development and guardianship of Psycle's brand guidelines, ensuring
tone, design and storytelling remain consistent across all touchpoints.
Contribute ideas and creative thinking to the marketing team, keeping a pulse on
cultural trends, fitness/wellness competitors and wider lifestyle brands to inspire new
approaches.
Lead post-campaign analysis, reporting on performance, insights and opportunities
for optimisation.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in brand, campaign or marketing management with strong
creative execution skills.
Excellent copywriting ability, with a track record of producing engaging brand content.
Confident leading and managing photoshoots and video shoots, with strong visual judgement.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a
fast-paced environment.
Strong creative thinker with an eye for design, aesthetics and storytelling.
Experience working with CRM platforms, website CMS and print/digital production
processes.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with designers, operations, instructors and senior leadership.
Commercially aware, with an understanding of how brand activity links to business
goals.
Passion for fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands a plus.

We are currently working in our Mortimer Street office Monday to Thursday with Fridays being worked from home, core hours are 9am to 5:30pm.
