Contract: Permanent role
Location: Hybrid location based between home and Borough, London, with the postholder expected in the office at least two days per week.
Starting salary: 42,452 - 44,452 (inclusive of London weighting)

Key responsibilities within the Brand Manager role will include:

  • Assist the Head of Brand in implementing an RBL-wide brand strategy across a large and complex organisation
  • Work with all RBL departments to continuously develop a clear and compelling brand across all touchpoints and opportunities
  • Develop and manage annual brand campaigns ensuring they are integrated across the Marketing department and wider RBL business
  • Plan, identify and deliver core research and metrics to ensure tracking and reporting of brand activity and optimal marketing efficiency.
  • Manage development of the RBL brand visual and verbal identity to ensure it consistently reflects the organisation's purpose, values, and objectives
  • Manage development of brand toolkits, templates, guidelines, and core brand materials and ensure they are utilised correctly across the organisation
  • Work with all RBL departments on the development of new products, services, and campaigns to ensure they are on brand
  • Manage and ensure development of the Brand Executive
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the lead creative, media, and research agencies.
  • Be responsible for the assigned budget to ensure that expenditures are within the allowable limits
We would love to hear from you if have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience of brand identity management and development
  • Experience of managing brands for large, complex organisations
  • Significant experience in brand design, TOV, creative development and content creation
  • Significant experience of planning and running integrated advertising campaigns and advertising agency management
  • Strong knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines particularly across media, paid-digital, social and PR and how a brand should be presented through these channels
  • Experience of delivering core research and metrics to ensure optimum marketing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Significant project management experience as well as line and budget management experience
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and audiences including presenting to and influencing at senior level
