Key Responsibilities -
Help brand directors meet their targets through marketing and merchandising.
Ensure activities are effective and measurable, which suggests a focus on ROI and performance tracking.
Align with the Group Marketing Plan.
Produce high-quality work that reflects positively on the brand.
Ensure your Brand's Marketing Plans--including manufacturer submissions--align with operational goals and support Brand Directors effectively.
Add value to Brand Directors by applying your marketing expertise to support informed decision-making.
Oversee all digital merchandising activities for your brand(s), ensuring consistency and impact across platforms.
Maintain high standards for all in-store merchandising, reflecting brand identity and enhancing customer experience.
Accurately measure all marketing activity, including tagging and tracking, to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
Manage marketing budgets, define channel strategies, and ensure accurate spend reporting with clear stakeholder communication.
Ensure all marketing and merchandising activities adhere to brand guidelines.
Lead all marketing events for your brand(s) and contribute to Tier 1 JCT600 brand events.
In addition to the above, this role also requires you to have the following:
Strong collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
A desire to provide a service to the operational side of the business
Decisive decision-making skills, particularly around campaign design and channel spend
High standards for the quality of our output
Accuracy and interest in measuring our activity and ROI
