Position: Brand & Marketing Strategist (UK-based)
Location: Remote (UK candidates only)
Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Salary: 27,000 - 28,000 per year
Start Date: Within 2 weeks

This is a brand-first, creative, and strategic role. It is not a media buying or PPC specialist position. If your experience is limited to running ad accounts or you haven't worked in UK consumer markets directly, this is not the role for you.

We are a UK-based student and co-living housing company helping international students and professionals find rental homes across major UK cities. We're on a mission to become the most trusted brand in this space, and we need a strong marketing brain to lead that journey.

What You'll Own

Lead the brand's voice, tone, messaging, and visual content direction Plan and execute monthly integrated marketing campaigns Ideate and script content for social, email, and community engagement Drive presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital touchpoints Work directly with the other teams for on-time rollout Research trends, student behaviours, and competitor strategies Contribute to landing page, referral program, and loyalty campaign ideas Work with founders and sales team to align brand with business goals
You Must Have

3+ years of hands-on UK market experience (living or working there) 2 to 4 years of actual B2C marketing execution (brand-side, not agency only) Experience in housing, lifestyle, education, or student-focused brands Clear understanding of UK Gen Z or young professional audiences Strong writing, planning, and content strategy skills Ability to lead - not follow - and make things happen independently Comfortable working with a cross-border execution team

You've never lived or worked in the UK You're a fresher You only manage ads, not creative direction or brand building You need heavy management or daily check-ins You're not confident making content plans from scratch You're an intern or testing marketing as a new skill
