Role Summary:
The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy across all channels--digital, retail, and B2B.
You'll be the heart and soul behind our brand's story, captivating new customers and propelling our growth to new heights. This role is all about blending big-picture strategy with hands-on campaign magic, and leading with a collaborative spirit.

What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
+ Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
+ Manage the marketing team, external agencies, and key vendor relationships.
+ Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Retail & Local Marketing
+ Support store traffic and sales through localised campaigns, in-store promotions, and POS materials.
+ Collaborate with retail teams to align messaging and seasonal promotions.
+ Support B2B team to leverage the 33 B2B stores to connect with local businesses.
Product Marketing & Merchandising
+ Work with buying and merchandising teams to develop go-to-market plans for new products.
+ Work with B2B teams to develop go-to-market plans for new sectors and target organisations.
+ Define and communicate unique value propositions for product categories, services and value propositions.
Brand & Content
+ Oversee content creation including photography, video, social, blogs, and guides.
+ Manage PR, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
+ Lead storytelling that aligns with customer lifestyle aspirations.
Analytics & Reporting
+ Track KPIs including CAC, ROI, CLTV, and engagement metrics.
+ Present performance reports to leadership and recommend improvements.

What we'll look for in you
Proven Marketing Experience:
Demonstrated experience in a senior or leadership marketing role.
Omni-Channel Expertise:
Strong background in omni-channel retail and e-commerce marketing.
Media Knowledge:
Solid understanding of paid media, CRM, and content marketing.
Budget and Team Management:
Experience in managing budgets and leading teams effectively.
Data-Driven Approach:
Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) and a data-driven mindset.
Communication and Leadership Skills:
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Relevant Background:
Experience in home decor, furnishings, or lifestyle products is advantageous.
