What You'll Be Doing

Secondment 1: Delegate Sales (6 Months)

You'll start in delegate sales, learning how to convert warm marketing leads into delegate bookings. You'll become a skilled communicator, mastering the art of sales strategy, pitching, and CRM use--earning commission from the very start.

Secondment 2: Sponsorship Sales (12 Months)

You'll then progress into sponsorship, working directly with senior professionals and global brands. This is a higher-value, relationship-driven role with more strategic influence--and more earning potential.

Who We're Looking For

We're not just looking for qualifications--we want personality, drive, and potential!

You should have:

A strong academic record, and a track record of going above and beyond at school or university At least 3 months of paid work experience in any role (including part-time or weekend jobs) A confident, articulate personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with digital platforms like LinkedIn, Gmail, Instagram, Word & Excel A strong desire to learn, hit targets, and stand out A positive, proactive attitude and an eye for detail The ability to work well in a team, but thrive independently
