What You'll Do



Delegate Sales (10-12 Months)

Convert warm leads into delegate bookings
Develop your sales skills, pitching confidence, and CRM expertise
Earn commission from your very first sale

Build relationships with senior professionals and global brands
Work on higher-value, strategic sales opportunities
Gain exposure to relationship-driven sales and expand your earning potential

Who We're Looking For

You should have:



A strong academic record with evidence of commitment and drive
At least 3 months' paid work experience (part-time, weekend, or full-time)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence using digital platforms (LinkedIn, Gmail, Instagram, Word, Excel)
A positive, proactive attitude with attention to detail
The ability to work well in a team and independently
