This structured programme is designed to give ambitious graduates real experience, real responsibility, and real rewards from day one.

What You'll Do

First Rotation: Delegate Sales (6 Months)

Convert warm leads into delegate bookings Develop your sales skills, pitching confidence, and CRM expertise Earn commission from your very first sale

Second Rotation: Sponsorship Sales (12 Months)

Build relationships with senior professionals and global brands Work on higher-value, strategic sales opportunities Gain exposure to relationship-driven sales and expand your earning potential
Who We're Looking For

You should have:

A strong academic record with evidence of commitment and drive At least 3 months' paid work experience (part-time, weekend, or full-time) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Confidence using digital platforms (LinkedIn, Gmail, Instagram, Word, Excel) A positive, proactive attitude with attention to detail The ability to work well in a team and independently
