About the Role

Our client, a respected and forward-thinking law firm in Liverpool, is seeking a talented Breach HDR Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with experience in breach, data protection or HDR litigation to take the next step in their career.

You'll handle a varied and high-quality caseload, working on complex breach matters while advising clients on the legal, procedural, and regulatory implications of HDR issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of breach and HDR-related files Providing expert legal advice to clients on breach matters, data rights and regulatory compliance Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports Engaging in negotiations, settlement discussions and litigation strategy Working collaboratively with colleagues across the department Maintaining the highest standards of client care and professional conduct

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE considered)Experience in breach, HDR, data protection, or similar litigation work Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills Ability to manage a busy caseload independently A proactive, team-focused approach
