Bread Bread Bakery located in SE24. Day Shifts
We are an Artisan Sourdough Bakery located in South East London, founded in 2010 our products are made to the highest quality using the best ingredients.
Our plans for the future are big and we have an excellent team working to help us make them happen. In order to achieve these plans we are looking for an experienced Bread Baker to join our team. The bakery is open 7 days a week and there will be weekend work. There will be an opportunity for paid overtime and 28 days holiday.
The main role of this position is within the Bread Team, however you may be required to help out in other areas as and when required. Please see some of the roles below included but not limited to:
Mix, scale and shape doughs before baking.
Ensure all products are made to the set quality standards and in line with daily orders.
Monitor production in a consistent and professional manner.
Manage high volumes.
Maintain cleanliness of your work area including utensils and equipment
