Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team in preparing high-quality baked goods for our customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about bread and have experience working in a wholesale, kitchen or restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of artisan bread
- Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- Decorate baked goods according to established guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food production processes
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members
