The Role
We're looking for a dedicated
Bread Baker
to join our growing production team. You'll work closely with a skilled group of bakers in a purpose-built site featuring large windows that connect our production space to our cafe--highlighting the beauty of the baking process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Mixing, shaping, and baking sourdough and other artisan breads
Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in every loaf
Collaborating with the wider production team and supporting the pastry section when needed
Following food safety and allergen protocols
What We're Looking For
Experience in a commercial bakery, professional kitchen, or similar setting
A strong interest in sourdough bread and a willingness to learn traditional baking techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production timelines
A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for being part of a close-knit team
Basic understanding of food hygiene and allergen management
Working Hours
Shifts run between
7am and midnight
, 10 hours per shift
Part time role available (opportunity to grow into full time)
Varied shift patterns with both early and late options available
