Job Summary: Club Manager
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Club Manager to lead our wraparound childcare provision at Paulton Infants School. You will plan and deliver engaging breakfast and after-school clubs for children aged 4-11.
If interested, there are also opportunities to work during the school holidays in our holiday clubs and at events.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality play opportunities.
Manage resources and stock.
Complete daily paperwork such as registers and risk assessments accurately.
Participate in ongoing training.
Communicate effectively with the team, parents, and school staff.
Maintain knowledge of EYFS and government requirements.
Lead and support a small team of playworkers.
Liaise directly with your line manager.
Successful Candidates Must Demonstrate
A strong understanding of EYFS requirements and best practice.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
At least two years' experience in childcare.
