After School Club Playworker

Location: John Wood Primary School Dartnell Road Croydon CRo 6JA

Pay: 12.50 - 13.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only (7:30am-9:00am & 3:00pm-5:00pm)

Arisekidz Clubs is seeking enthusiastic and caring Playworkers to join our team in providing a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children aged 4-12 years.

We are passionate about creating exciting after-school experiences through games, arts & crafts, imaginative play, and outdoor activities. If you love working with children and want to be part of a supportive, family-focused team, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Deliver engaging daily programmes of activities in our Breakfast and After School Club.
Promote active, creative, and outdoor play.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure the highest standards of safety and safeguarding at all times.

What We're Looking For

A recognised qualification in Childcare, Playwork, or Early Years (Level 2/3 NVQ/Diploma or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
Previous experience working with children (nursery, school, or club setting).
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team.
A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring children aged 4-12 years.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Safeguarding

This role is subject to an

Enhanced DBS check
