WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing Breakfast and Lounge Chef to expand our exceptional Kitchen team. You must have the ability to work as an individual or part of a team, have a cheerful outlook and be a good communicator.

We are a busy place and looking for someone who is flexible and able to deliver outstanding breakfasts whilst supporting the kitchen team with prep for other services and delivering our lounge menu.

No split shifts and primarily hours that finish early afternoon so a role that provides for a great work/life balance.

YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a highly motivated Commis Chef to assist in the day-to-day operation of the Kitchen department. Offering support to ensure the highest standard of food preparation and presentation is constantly maintained with superb attention to detail.

Duties will include...

Breakfast shifts Function/banqueting prep Lounge menu and afternoon tea delivery Assisting with all Health and Safety/Food Hygiene aspects of the kitchen Weekdays with occasional weekends
