We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. This position requires a creative individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing kitchen operations
Duties
daily Breakfast operations, ensuring efficient food service and high-quality meal preparation.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences
Monitor food production processes to maintain quality standards and minimize waste.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication .
Skills
Proven experience in Breakfast and lunch service,
Strong culinary skills with expertise in cooking techniques and food preparation.
Knowledge of inventory management practices and food handling protocols.
Familiarity with menu planning and shift management within a busy kitchen setting.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
