We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at the Dog Pentrich. The role would be to run our breakfast service over the weekend and support with prep through the week. Experience in a similar role in a busy environment is essential
This role would suit someone who is looking to have evenings off. The Hours are flexible so more hours are available is desired.

Thursday 10 till 4
Friday 7 till 3
Saturday 7 till 3
Sunday 7 till 3
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and in good working order.
Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any dietary requirements or special requests.
Experience
Proven experience in a Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
Demonstrated supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Previous experience in managing kitchen operations is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
