Duties

Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met. Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Support catering operations by setting up and breaking down events, including arranging tables, chairs, and serving areas. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Assist with barista duties, preparing coffee and other beverages as required. Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience in catering or serving roles will be an advantage. Barista experience is a plus, with the ability to create various coffee beverages. Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition are necessary for interacting with guests and team members alike. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills within the role.
