Breakfast Assistant
Job Description
The Dornoch Castle Hotel are looking for a Full Time Breakfast waiters/waitresses to join our team.
We are a busy hotel of 22 rooms.
Duties are : Preparing and replenishing food and drinks, managing the buffet area, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining space, coordinating with kitchen staff
Other responsibilities involve: Set up the bar and restaurant area ready for Lunch/Dinner service
Customer service duties are: greeting guests and providing information about the breakfast offering while ensuring a positive guest experience throughout the service,
We are looking for hard-working, pleasant, reliable and helpful candidates who are enthusiastic and can use their own initiative
Shift times will vary, but will normally be starting between 7 and 8 and an 5-6 hour shift thereafter.
