Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Assistant to join our dynamic team.

This role will involve preparing breakfast food items for overnight guests approx 3 mornings per week starting around 7.30am until 10.30am

The ideal candidate will have cooking experience be reliable and able to work weekend shifts as required they will possess a passion for cooking and a keen interest in the food and beverage industry, particularly in the area of food preparation

Duties

Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including kitchens and dining spaces. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.

Experience

Previous experience of cooking is essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is advantageous. Skills in catering would be beneficial for this role. A proactive approach to work with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
