Job Description

The Albany Hotel is a charming boutique, 3-star hotel located in the heart of historic St Andrews. Under new ownership, we are committed to providing a warm, personal, and friendly service where nothing is ever too much trouble.

Our goal is to ensure every guest feels at home, offering a comfortable stay with attentive hospitality.

We are looking for a Part-Time Breakfast Waitress/Waiter to join our team.

Job Overview



This is a part time position working 2/3 days out of 7, including weekends. Breakfast is served from 7am until 10am every morning. Hours will vary depending on the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities



Welcoming guests and seating them appropriately Assist guests with menu choices, dietary restrictions and preferences Ensuring that breakfast service is set up and replenished, maintaining a clean and organised breakfast room Clearing tables promptly and resetting tables for the next guests Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the breakfast area Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service Handling guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude

Skills Needed



A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A passion for providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements



Previous experience in a similar role Flexibility to work early morning shifts and weekends
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Work Location: In person
