We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food production and preparation, with a strong background in hospitality and kitchen management. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met and deliver an outstanding dining experience.
Responsibilities
Daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
Ensure all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to at all times. .
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food preparation techniques.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
