Job description:

Breakfast Chef/Sous Chef (full Time) - required for Broom Hall Inn, located near Alcester, Warwickshire. We are looking to add strength to the team and we are seeking an experienced Breakfast/Sous chef to start immediately. This job role available is catering for breakfast through to lunch service. The Breakfast shift starts from 6.30am to 3.00pm, Tuesday to Saturday

As Breakfast Chef Candidates require:

Chef experience ideally from within a small hotel or similar, cooking breakfast to order, using fresh quality ingredients As Breakfast Chef you will have very early starts and you can also assist with food preparation for the restaurant after breakfast has been completed.. Good kitchen management, stock control and food hygiene control are essential. A good all round kitchen background. The full time role will be working 5 days over a 7 day fixed rota. We are looking for a confident, experienced Breakfast/Sous Chef to join a talented team producing great food using the best seasonal and local ingredients. You should be ambitious and keen to constantly improve standards and recognition for the business.
The position includes uniform, full training and support, career progression and the chance to be part of a great team.
