A busy Hotel and Conference venue, with 163 bedrooms, 10 meeting rooms, Open Lobby Bar & Restaurant, catering for Weddings, Conferences & Events

The Breakfast Chef Role:

We are looking for a vibrant morning person who finds joy in crafting unforgettable morning moments. You will be cooking and serving the most important meal of the day, and perhaps, the lasting impression of our guests stay. You will create memories that the guest will never forget

Key duties and responsibility of the Breakfast Chef;

Works in a clean and hygienic manner and is trained to Level 2 Food hygiene. Well organised in their work.
Maintain your section to the highest hygiene and food safety standards, ensuring all HACCP protocols are consistently met

Fluent in English, with strong communication skills across the kitchen and service teams Can follow breakfast specifications with an amount of flair and passion, taking direction from the senior chefs. Take responsibility for daily mise-en-place and food production, preparing dishes that range from classic favourites to innovative breakfast specials Complete any other tasks dictated by the Chef in charge to support in the preparation of buffet lunches and evening service Able to start at 5.30am
This is a zero hour contract and primarily will be to cover the Full Time Breakfast Chef's days off so flexibility is a must

Pay: 10.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
