Stove kitchen: the Stove Restaurant, at the heart of the estate, is our multi-generational restaurant which provides food from breakfast through to dinner service. In this fast-paced, dynamic environment you can serve up to 200 covers per day. The restaurant houses a wood-fired oven as a focal point of the restaurant as well as the Josper grill which forms a large part of the menu.


Smokehouse: the estate has its own exclusive smokehouse which offers a unique opportunity to incorporate in-house smoked products into menu development.


Staff canteen: Stove kitchen services the staff canteen providing a varied and quality menu to live-in staff and day workers.

About the Role:

Working with the breakfast team to deliver both hot and cold buffet breakfasts with hot food cooked to order. Required to help with preparing food for staff meals through the staff canteen. Maintaining Health & Safety standards and cleanliness.
