We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good background in food preparation with experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. Prepare breakfast and lunch items on our menu. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely production and service. Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary. Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our standards.

Requirements

Previous experience as a chef or in a similar role within culinary or food production settings. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

We will provide training, but candidate must be familiar with working in a Kitchen, preparing cakes and English breakfast.
