We are seeking a skilled and creative Pizza Chef / Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both pizza making and baking, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. You will also be responsible for plating our delicious desserts, ensuring each one looks as good as it tastes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of flat bread following our signature recipes and techniques.
Bake fresh pastries and other baked goods on the weekends.
Plate and present desserts
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef and Baker.
Strong understanding of dough preparation, baking techniques, and pizza cooking methods.
Comfortable cooking in an open section visible to customers.
Ability to plate desserts creatively and consistently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
