Overview


We are seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working within a busy kitchen, with a flair for food preparation and presentation. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional dining experiences and ensuring the highest standards of food production.

Fixed working hours

:

Wednesday to Sunday 8am-midday

.

Monday & Tuesday off. Regular opportunity to increase these hours if desired.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily kitchen breakfast operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service. Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations. Manage food inventory, ensuring quality control and minimising waste. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in the planning of special events and catering services as required.

Requirements



Proven experience in a Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong culinary skills with a passion for food production and creativity. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
