We are seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation. As a Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining an organised and efficient kitchen environment.
Duties
Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the restaurant's menu and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and order as necessary to ensure availability.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Help create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
Skills
Proven experience as a cook or Chef in a restaurant setting.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent culinary skills with a passion for food preparation and presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations.
Effective communication skills to liaise with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
