We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation processes.
Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
Supervise and train kitchen staff with motivated team environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A passion for culinary arts, creativity in menu development, and a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication skills to interact effectively with both staff and guests.
