Oceanside Hotel, Headland road. Offering breakfast chef position.
This is an all year position for the right candidate.
Hours: Over 5 days.
5 mornings plus 2 evenings (cover for functions/holidays) Start time 7am.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of food production and preparation in the kitchen.
Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef.
Strong knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen management practices.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene in the kitchen.
Excellent communication skills.
