Breakfast Chef:
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation
: Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring they are delicious and visually appealing.Kitchen Management
: Oversee the breakfast service, including setting up and cleaning the kitchen after service.Quality Control
: Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and meet quality standards.Inventory Management
: Check early morning deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels for breakfast ingredients.Team Collaboration
: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.Guest Interaction
: Collect feedback from guests during breakfast service and report any issues to the head chef.Compliance
: Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.Required Skills and Qualifications
Culinary Skills
: Strong knowledge of breakfast foods and cooking techniques.Time Management
: Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy service periods.Communication
: Good communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staff and management.Organization
: Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.Experience
: Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a breakfast or similar roleJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
