Job Description

Breakfast Chef:

Key Responsibilities



Food Preparation

: Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring they are delicious and visually appealing.

Kitchen Management

: Oversee the breakfast service, including setting up and cleaning the kitchen after service.

Quality Control

: Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and meet quality standards.

Inventory Management

: Check early morning deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels for breakfast ingredients.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.

Guest Interaction

: Collect feedback from guests during breakfast service and report any issues to the head chef.

Compliance

: Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Culinary Skills

: Strong knowledge of breakfast foods and cooking techniques.

Time Management

: Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy service periods.

Communication

: Good communication skills to work effectively with kitchen staff and management.

Organization

: Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.

Experience

: Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a breakfast or similar role
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
