Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage food production processes.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal offerings.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Maintain high standards of presentation for all dishes served.
Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding food quality or service.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of food preparation techniques.
Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing teams effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Previous experience in menu planning and food production is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
