What you'll be doing...
To ensure all food is served to the required company standard.
+ To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation.
+ To strive and anticipate customer needs wherever possible, and to react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
+ To ensure that you are correctly dressed and adhere to high personal hygiene standards.
+ To maintain a professional working relationship with the food service team.
+ To comply with all regulations as stated in the normal operating procedures.
+ To ensure that all food is prepared in line with set standards
+ All food preparation areas are clean and presentable
All standards of procedures are consistently followed.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Genuine interest in cooking and enthusiasm for learning in a professional kitchen.
Some previous kitchen experience is a plus, but a willingness to work hard and learn is essential.
Understanding of basic food prep techniques and a commitment to improving your skills.
Strong attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness and food safety.
Team-oriented mindset, able to take direction well and support colleagues as needed.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying focused and reliable during busy services.
