We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management, with experience in breakfast services. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating innovative menus, ensuring food safety, and leading a team of kitchen staff to maintain the highest standards of quality and hospitality.
Duties
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen environment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working order and report any issues promptly.
Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
A passion for cooking and creativity in menu development is essential.
