We are seeking an experienced cook/chef to support our busy kitchen in Darsham
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and service standards.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully, maintaining the restaurant's standards of excellence.
Requirements
Proven experience as a breakfast chef preferably or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food production and presentation.
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality settings.
Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
